This is the second release of 2021 and it features notes of brown sugar, spice, clove and fig. It’s very flavorful and worth a try. Each batch of the Restoration Rye Whiskey is blended using a series of pods from Castle & Key. Each pod is created by grouping barrels to create a specific sensory profile. Cheers.
