In this Cocktail:30, it’s a slight spin on the classic Bee’s Knees with Hibiscus & honeycomb syrup which gives this more of a pink color. In a shaker with ice, add 2 oz dry gin, .75 oz lemon juice and .5 oz hibiscus & honeycomb simple syrup, then shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Cheers!
