In honor of National Tequila Day, we’re putting a hoppy spin on the margarita. Take 2 oz tequila, 1 oz lime juice and .75 oz triple sec, shake well and pour over ice. Add 6-8 oz of a dark Mexican-style lager and stir. You can do a lighter lager, but the dark style gives it a better balance. Give this one a try and let me know.
