In this Cocktail:30, it’s a riff on the gold rush thanks to a fun simple syrup. Add 2 oz of bourbon, 1 oz Perfectly Cordial Hibiscus & Honeycomb Syrup and .75 oz lemon juice to shaker with ice. Shake really well and then strain into glass with ice. This is an easy, but delicious cocktail. Cheers.
