Give It A Try: George Dickel Bourbon. This small batch bourbon is aged 8 years and was just launched in June 2021. For those that have followed me for a while, I’ve been a big fan of what Nicole Austin is doing at Cascade Hollow. This is another solid pour although I still lean toward the Bottled in Bond series as my favorites. Cheers.
